JFC filter is 100% made from cotton gauze, which has been layered four times. Each layer has been given special oils which serve the following functions:

1. The cotton gauze filter is made entirely from knitted cotton which has fine hairs on every layer;
2. Each cotton gauze filter has been layered 4 times, and moistened with special oils which also moistens the fine hairs on the cotton;
3. The oiled hairs on the cotton are very sensitive to dust particles and are able to hold them in place;
4. When air containing dust passes through the filter, it will trap and hold the dust particles with the moistened fine hair found on the filter;

It has been proven that on the entry side of each JFC filter, there is a thick layer of dust whereas the other side is found to be clean and free of dust.
